First, please make sure that you have already created a user account with us. You can order our products without creating an account. If you can't create a new account, please check your spam folder first. If there is also no confirmation email you can request a new confirmation email. To do this, go to https://my.cerascreen.com/users/confirmation/new. Enter your email address and click on the button "resend confirmation instructions". If there is no confirmation email please contact us via email at questions@cerascreen.co.uk.
