Vitamin D is fat-soluble and is stored in the fatty tissue. This enables us to consume vitamin D produced in summer, in the winter months. You should discontinue the supplementation of vitamin D in high doses 4 to 5 weeks before the test. Continue the supplementation if you want to measure its effect.
I already take vitamin D, when should I stop the preparation so that the test result is not falsified?
